Cultivar: Yabukita (やぶきた)
Our Genmaicha is cultivated by a family farm in Ujitawara that have been growing tea for over 120 years.
Our Genmaicha is a blend of sencha and roasted brown rice. Together the traditional aroma and grassy flavour of sencha is complemented by the crackle and pop of rice crackers.
To serve: take 4g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) and brew with 120cc of boiling water. Infuse for 30 seconds and enjoy!
