How to brew it?
Hot tea:
Take 1 tea bag (or 2-3g of tea) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.
Cold Brew:
Put 1 tea bag in a jug or bottle per 500ml of mineral water.
Leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Strain and serve!
