The corolla is the name for the collection of petals on the rose and is packed with added nutrients and flavour that you won’t find in other rose buds.

Brew them into teas and watch them bloom or add them to your cooking and baking for that perfect floral touch.

How to Brew

Temperature for brewing: 70-80C
Steeping time: 2-3 mins before drinking
Option: Add honey before serving

Food Pairings: Cookies, Honey, Jam, Rose Water, Vinegar, Salad, Tea, macarons, tagines, lamb, beef

Flavour: Sweet, Fruity, Lavender

Serving size: 1 gram (2-3 heads)

Usage: Boil in water to release flavour and aromas and make the perfect Rosewater and rose herbal tea. Optional: Add in a little mint or verbena to match flavour profiles.
