Our Sencha is cultivated by a family farm in Ujitawara that have been growing tea for over 120 years.
Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan, with a vibrant green color and fresh flavor, it also makes a refreshing iced tea. Our premium sencha balances umami, sweetness, fresh green flavors and astringency. Saemidori (さえみどり), meaning “clear green”, is a cultivar that produces a bright green liquor.
To serve: take 2-3g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) and brew with 120cc of boiling water. Infuse for 40 seconds and enjoy!
日本茶中最常見的就是煎茶,這也是日本人日常生活中最普遍飲用的茶。煎茶茶葉採自茶樹頂端的嫩芽,在蒸菁 30-40 秒後,隨即揉製並烘乾而成。而煎茶比其他綠茶含有較高濃度的咖啡因、兒茶素以及豐富的維他命C。
我們的綠茶由日本綠茶發祥地——宇治田原町的第三代茶農種植和製造,得到日本有機認證。
How to Serve
Take 4g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) and brew with 120cc of boiling water. Infuse for 30 seconds and enjoy!
