Our Genmaicha is cultivated by a family farm in Ujitawara that have been growing tea for over 120 years.
Our Genmaicha is a blend of sencha and roasted brown rice. Together the traditional aroma and grassy flavour of sencha is complemented by the crackle and pop of rice crackers.
How to Serve
Take 4g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) and brew with 120cc of boiling water. Infuse for 30 seconds and enjoy!
