Hong Kong runs on milk tea. Biting black tea is enveloped by smooth and rich milk creating the perfect companion to a hearty Hong Kong breakfast. Beloved by Hongkongers everywhere.

How to brew it?
Hot tea:
take 2g (1 teaspoon) and brew with 200-300ml of hot water. Let it infuse for 2-3 mins.
Cold Brew:
Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.
Leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Strain and serve!
