關於早餐茶的起源眾說紛紜,有一說法是在1892年,一位蘇格蘭茶拼配師在愛丁堡嘗試配方,東拼西配,拼配出了這一經典之作,起初將它命名為「早餐茶」也是組合了中國、阿薩姆、錫蘭三地的紅茶香,麥芽糖香滋味令人難以忘懷,後來也深受當時英國的皇室的女王喜愛,而在名稱前加上了「English」點綴,進而普及至大眾,並熱賣紅到今天。

How to Brew it

Hot tea:

take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.

Cold Brew: 

  • Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Strain and serve!

熱飲:

取3-5克茶葉(約2-3茶匙),加入大約200-300ml熱水,浸泡3-5分鐘後飲用。


冷泡方法:

  1. 在空瓶裡加入茶葉,比例為100 毫升水配1 克茶葉。
  2. 倒入礦泉水,放置冰箱內,瓶子必須要有蓋子,以防串味。
  3. 置放8 -12小時後,一杯濃淡適中的冷泡茶就完成了。
