Our Genmaicha is cultivated by a family farm in Ujitawara that have been growing tea for over 120 years.
Our Genmaicha is a blend of sencha and roasted brown rice. Together the traditional aroma and grassy flavour of sencha is complemented by the crackle and pop of rice crackers.
To serve: take 4g of tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons) and brew with 120cc of boiling water. Infuse for 30 seconds and enjoy!
玄米茶是在煎茶茶葉中混入經炒香的糙米。玄米茶同時擁有玄米及煎茶的香氣,而且能沖淡茶葉的苦澀味,十分容易入口。玄米茶的咖啡因含量極低,即使在睡前飲用也不易失眠;玄米亦有暖胃功效,即使腸胃不好的人也可以放心飲用。我們的綠茶由日本綠茶發祥地——宇治田原町的第三代茶農種植和製造,得到日本有機認證。
