How to brew it?

Hot tea:

take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.

 

Cold Brew: 

  • Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • Strain and serve!

熱飲:

取3-5克茶葉(約2-3茶匙),加入大約200-300ml熱水,浸泡3-5分鐘後飲用。


冷泡方法:

  1. 在空瓶裡加入茶葉,比例為100 毫升水配1 克茶葉。
  2. 倒入礦泉水,放置冰箱內,瓶子必須要有蓋子,以防串味。
  3. 置放8 -12小時後,一杯濃淡適中的冷泡茶就完成了。

What is Açaí, anyway?

Found on Açaí palm trees in South American rainforests, açaí berries are a lot like grapes. The seed takes up about 80% of the berry, but the flesh and skin pack plenty of vitamins and other nutrients in the remaining 20%. Not to mention the berries are only about 70 calories a cup.

 

蔓越莓的營養成分在常見水果中可說是名列前茅,因此又有紅寶石水果之稱。阿薩伊果又稱巴西莓,外表類似藍莓,果實中含有豐富的多酚、鐵份、膳食纖維和鈣質等營養元素,經常用來生食、製作果汁或在沙拉中食用。這款茶將這兩種水果混合在一起,製造出獨一無二的茶飲。清香酸甜,無咖啡因,適合任何時候飲用。冷泡味道更加。
